RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For returns, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your products for an exchange or full refund. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

A notification will be also sent in regards to your approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. When shipping an product for a return, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If this method is not used, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product and we are responsible for lost merchandise.
